CAMERALIA is an international cultural and educational event focused on chamber music, which combines public concerts and teaching.

During a whole week of intense activities, from the 22nd to the 29th of July, all classical music lovers will be able to enjoy listening to daily concerts performed by renowned resident soloists and ensembles joined by outstanding young musicians who will participate in the Galicia International Chamber Music Academy.

More than a hundred distinguished professional musicians will perform concerts throughout the main cities in Galicia, offering a cultural product of the highest level with their lessons, rehersals and public concerts.

CAMERALIA 07 started officially on the 26th of January, 2007, with a concert offered by Cuarteto Casals and the clarinetist José Luis Estellés in the Auditorio de Galicia in Santiago de Compostela.

The Xunta de Galicia, thought the Consellería de Cultura e Deporte,
IGAEM and the Consorcio  de Santiago, initiates an innovating project of high cultural and educational quality.
